Add a "User" Mailbox to an Outlook Profile in Office 365

This procedure is used to create a "profile" entry so you can open your Outlook in a new profile. In general this is used to make changes to an out-of-office or inbox rule.

The procedure is to add a "user" mailbox (ie. "Douglas 2Brown's" mailbox) to an Outlook profile is no longer available.

To have access another user's mailbox you must have been given permission and then you can use Outlook Webaccess to access the mailbox to make the changes.
