OneDrive: How to Share Files

These instructions will show you show to share a file with anyone using OneDrive. Anyone, includes people outside of RRU.
Step 1: Login to OneDrive
Navigate to https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin/ and sign in using your RRU username@royalroads.ca (note that this isn't your email address!).
Step 2: Follow the instructions in the video
Shortcuts are NOT saved to OneDrive
Any shortcut icons you have on your computer will not be uploaded to OneDrive online as per RRU group policy. We apologize any inconvenience this may cause.
