There are a few things to keep in mind with a managed account

Welcome to Trello! Just a quick heads up about your account: since you signed up with a http://royalroads.ca email, royalroads has made you a part of their group.
Here's what that means:
This account should only be used for royalroads.
If you’d like to use Trello for things other than work for royalroads, we recommend creating a new free account with a personal email address.
royalroads admins are able to edit your profile and deactivate or delete your account.
Your Trello + Atlassian profile is how you’ll appear in Trello and possibly to the public, depending on your privacy settings.
