EMS - Booking Rooms/Resources
What is EMS?
EMS is scheduling and resource management software platform used to book spaces such as classrooms, meeting rooms, breakout rooms, and in some cases, venues.
EMS is used to manage space at RRU Colwood and a separate EMS is used to book space at RRU Langford (John Horgan Campus). To book space at either campus, you must log into the appropriate EMS.

Special note on JHC EMS permissions
RRU employees whose primary location is JHC (that’s where their office is) are automatically assigned permissions to book rooms at JHC. Employees and contractors whose primary location is Colwood or Remote need to be given permissions to book rooms at JHC.
To get access to the JHC permission group, please have your supervisor Submit a Ticket.
EMS information, including permissions, is sync’d once a day at 3:35am. Once you have been provided access, you can start booking rooms the next morning.
