EMS
What is EMS?
EMS is scheduling and resource management software platform used to book spaces such as classrooms, meeting rooms, breakout rooms, and in some cases, venues.
EMS is used to manage space at RRU Colwood and a separate EMS is used to book space at RRU Langford (John Horgan Campus). To book space at either campus, you must log into the appropriate EMS.

Special note on JHC EMS permissions
Non-Students from RRU need to be in the JHC permission group. EMS information, including permissions, is sync’d once a day at 3:35am.
So once a non-Student has been provided access, JHC rooms/info in EMS will show up the next morning.
To get access to the JHC permission group, please have your supervisor Submit a Ticket.

How to Contact the Computer Services Department
Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
New! If you do not have a full RRU email address (students not currently in a credit program and/or visitors), you can create a portal account using your personal email address.
