Using the docks :

Dock Connection

Our dock workstations connect via a single USB-C cable.
The cable can be plugged into either of the USB-C ports available, they both function the same.

 

Set Monitor

  1. Right Click the Desktop.

  2. Select "Display Settings".

  3. For Multiple Displays : change to "Extend these displays"

  4. Scroll up and select "Identify" to see which monitor is which.

  5. Grab monitor icon and move to proper side.

  6. Select your main monitor.

  7. Scroll down and select "Make this my main display".

  8. Close.

 

Set Audio

  1. Left click the speaker icon in your system tray (bottom right).

  2. Click on the name of the audio device. ex."LEN T22i-10 (Intel Display Audio)"

  3. Select "Speakers (Realtek Audio)" to use the laptops speakers or headphone jacks.

 

Add Printer

  1. Please connect "Millward 6th Copier" in room 619.
