Configure EMS to flash red/green when there are updates

EMS Campus can be configured to have a red and green flashing button when there is an item requiring attention

  • In EMS Campus, Configuration → Administration → Notification Rules 
  • Select the Production Services Notification (or whatever dashboard the team member uses) 
  • Click Edit
  • Click Next
  • Find the users under Available and column, highlight the name, and move it to Selected column by clicking on the >
  • Click Finish

If the user is ALREADY under the Selected column they should check their own configuration set up by clicking by:

  • Go to Dashboard
  • Select Options
  • Check Notifications are set to Automatically
  • Click Ok to save the changes
