Space Change Request (Equipment Moves)

Before submitting the form, all requests need to be approved by the department manager or lead. The space planning team reviews space change requests once a month. If your request is urgent (i.e., needed within 30 days), fill out this form, and then email us at RRU-Space-Requests@royalroads.ca to tell us you have an urgent request.

 Instructions

  1. Navigate to https://www.royalroads.ca

  2. At the top of the page, select Our People

  3. Scroll down to Campus Spaces

  4. Select Submit your space request

  5. The Space Requests team will coordinate with the teams involved and create the ticket for IT
