Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Installation - Personal Computer

You must have a license before you can use this software. Only follow these instructions if you previously had an Adobe license or as part of the new account procedure.  if you do not have an account, please contact Computer Services (using the links at the bottom of this page) to request a license.

Download the Adobe Creative Cloud installer for Windows:

  1. Once you know you have a license, head to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop

  2. If asked, please log in with your "Work or School" Adobe account (RRU email address and unique Adobe password)

  3. Look for Adobe Creative Cloud and click Download

  4. Download and install Creative Cloud.

  5. Open the Creative Cloud suite application (You can find the application in your start menu.  Some times there will also be a desktop icon)

  6. If asked, please log in with your "Work or School" Adobe account (RRU email address and unique Adobe password)

  7. Click Apps on the left and now you will see a list of applications that are available to you.  Select the application you want installed (usually Adobe Acrobat) and install from there.  

  8. You can display the installation process by clicking on the Notification icon (a bell icon) in the top right

  9. You should be good to go.

Download the Adobe Creative Cloud installer for MacOS:

  1. Navigate to : https://creativecloud.adobe.com

  2. Select Download.Creative Cloud

  3. Double-click the Installer Icon, then select Open.

  4. When prompted, please log in with your "Work or School" Adobe account (RRU email address and unique Adobe password)

  5. Once the application is open, click Apps on the left and now you will see a list of applications that are available to you.  Select the application you want installed (usually Adobe Acrobat) and install from there.  

  6. You can display the installation process by clicking on the Notification icon (a bell icon) in the top right

  7. You should be good to go.
