Adobe CC access to manage apps
Background information
This issue will arise if there is a discrepancy in the Adobe configuration file.
Solution (Mac)
Open "Finder", Select the Local Disk
Navigate to "Library">"Application Support">"Adobe">"OOBE">"Configs"
Drag "ServiceConfig.xml" to the desktop
Open the file on your desktop
Copy and replace "<config><panel><name>AppsPanel</name><visible>true</visible></panel><feature><name>SelfServeInstalls</name><enabled>false</enabled</feature></config>"
Close and save file
Drag and drop into "Library">"Application Support">"Adobe">"OOBE">"Configs"
Sign out of Adobe
Log in
Solution (Win10)
Open "File Explorer", Select the Local Disk "(C:)"
Navigate to "Program Files (x86)">"Common Files">"Adobe">"OOBE">"Configs"
Drag "ServiceConfig.XML" to the desktop
Click "Continue"
Open the file on your desktop with "Notepad"
Copy and replace "<config><panel><name>AppsPanel</name><visible>true</visible></panel><feature><name>SelfServeInstalls</name><enabled>false</enabled</feature></config>"
Close and save file
Drag and drop into "Program Files (x86)">"Common Files">"Adobe">"OOBE">"Configs"
Click "Continue"
Sign out of Adobe
Log in
