Book a Service

How to book a service through virtual ems.

If you require same day service, please contact the Welcome Desk at : GuestServices@royalroads.ca or by telephone at 250-391-2511.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Sign in to : https://services.royalroads.ca/virtualems/
  2. From the "Reservations" drop-down, Select "Book a general service request".
  3. Choose the date, time, and location of the request and select "Get Services".
  4. Give your request a name and choose your contact information inside the "Group Details" form.
  5. Hit "Submit".
  6. Select the sign under the "Services" column to add the details of your request.
  7. Choose the type of request : "Productions General Requests" or "Custodial".
  8. Enter your request details in the form and select "Save".

Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
New! If you do not have a full RRU email address (students not currently in a credit program and/or visitors), you can create a portal account using your personal email address.
