Outlook - Sharing a Calendar

Sharing your calendar with another user can be done from webmail.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Sign-in to webmail.royalroads.ca
  2. Select your name and enter the name of the inbox.



  3. Select the Calendar tab and choose Share



  4. Add user and select Send



  5. The new user accepts the invitation.



  6. To grant owner or editor permissions, you'll need to update the user permissions from Outlook.
