Mailbox or Personal Folder Size

All Staff/Faculty accounts have Online Archiving enabled for their Outlook account and therefore the quota is unlimited.

By Default, Student accounts are created with /wiki/spaces/ITKNOW/pages/5835691.  This means no quota is being used as long as forwarding is on.

If you are a Student and you have turned forwarding off, then you have a quota limit, which is a limit to the amount of email you can have in your RRU mailbox.  Your mailbox consists of all sub folders including inbox, sent items, deleted items, calendar and any folders you create within the mailbox folder.  The limits are as follows:

  • Email limit is now 49.5gb
  • Warning at 90% capacity
  • Unable to send at 49.5gb

You can check your quota by clicking on Settings (sprocket top left), Account → Storage
