I need access to my shared mailbox remotely

Due to security reasons, remote access to shared mailboxes has been disabled and therefore is not accessible remotely through an mobile app or Active Sync connection on a home computers for students.

The only way to access a shared mailbox while off campus is through Webmail (staff/faculty/students) or Remote.Royalroads (Staff/Faculty).  Outlook configured on an RRU laptop will continue to work off-campus.
