Bulk Mail Export with Adobe

Adobe Acrobat PDF Maker can be used with Microsoft Outlook to export multiple folders, and inboxes, while maintaining folder structure.

Steps:

Install Adobe PDF Maker, Adobe Acrobat, or Adobe DC to get the Outlook plug-in.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select the Acrobat tab at the top.
  3. Select Selected Folders then Create New PDF....



  4. Select which folders or inboxes to export.



  5. Select OK, then choose a name and location to save the PDF.
  6. Select Save, and the emails will begin exporting.



  7. Open the PDF and select Main or your email address to see the folders within the PDF.
