Bulk Mail Export with Adobe
Adobe Acrobat PDF Maker can be used with Microsoft Outlook to export multiple folders, and inboxes, while maintaining folder structure.
Steps:
Install Adobe PDF Maker, Adobe Acrobat, or Adobe DC to get the Outlook plug-in.
- Open Outlook.
- Select the Acrobat tab at the top.
- Select Selected Folders then Create New PDF....
- Select which folders or inboxes to export.
- Select OK, then choose a name and location to save the PDF.
- Select Save, and the emails will begin exporting.
- Open the PDF and select Main or your email address to see the folders within the PDF.
