Add / Edit Peacock award listing page

This page is managed by Human Resources and they are the only ones that can make changes to it.  It includes the following components:

• Title

• Meta description (does not show up on the web but is used by website to find information on pages)

• Instruction text

• Introduction buttons

  • This is the url that will take you to how you can nominate someone for this award

If HR wishes to change any of those components they will go into the original listing page, hit edit, and change the parts needing to be changed.
