In school blogs, tags provide an easy way for a reader to view all related blogs in one place.
Tags work the same for Advancement stories and news items.

The reader experience
If a reader is viewing a school blog about Alumni, they can click on the tag "Alumni" to tell the system that they want to view all blogs tagged with 'Alumni'.Â
Or they can use the filter option to choose 'Alumni', like this:
In either case, the collection of blogs tagged with 'Alumni' will be listed like this:
Similar but not the same
Although the tag list for Advancement stories, news and school blogs are very similar to each other, they are not identical and they are different lists entirely. Blogs, news articles and Advancement stories do not share taxonomies.
If you click on an 'Alumni' tag while viewing a blog, you'll see a list of related blogs only. The list will not include news articles or Advancement stories.
If you click on an 'Alumni' tag while viewing a news article, you'll see a list of related news articles only.
If you click on an 'Alumni' tag while viewing an Advancement story, you'll see a list of related Advancement stories only.
