Exchange Online Migration (students)

If you access your RRU Email on mobile device or personal computer, you will be required to remove and re-add the RRU email account after the migration.

If you use Webmail you will need to log using using the new link. after your mailbox has been moved to the cloud. And here’s more information about accessing the web app.

This is the tentative schedule for student mailbox moves to the cloud. We’ll update this table as things progress.

If you have trouble after your mailbox has been moved, close all browsers and desktop apps, reboot your computer, and if applicable, refer to the instructions below the table for how to update accounts on your phone etc. If you’re using webmail, remember to use the new URL: https://outlook.office.com
