Unable to Run EMS for Outlook: EMS for Outlook Has Not Been Initialized

When starting Outlook you may get the following error which prevents EMS for Outlook from running properly:

"EMS for Outlook has not been initialized."

One possible reason is that the email account listed in CAMP is not the same email address that is used by default in Outlook.  This can get out of sync if your email address changed due to name change or name correction in CAMP that was not processed correctly.  Contact Computer Services so we can verify your information in CAMP and in Outlook.
