Transferring Surveys from One Account to Another - Staff and Faculty

If someone is leaving or changing jobs, they might want to transfer some or all surveys to someone else.  This can be done simply using the "transfer" button.  

Reminder: The other person must have a SurveyMonkey account

Please make sure that the other person already has an RRU SurveyMonkey account. If they do not, then they must first "Request a License" before you proceed with this procedure

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to SurveyMonkey
  2. Click on My Surveys on the top menu bar
  3. Select the checkbox on each survey to be transferred (Make note of the surveys you are selected so you can provide a list after you transfer)
  4. Click on Transfer at the bottom of the page (the button might be hidden behind a license agreement that you must accept)
  5. Start typing the new user's name into the Transfer to someone on my team field 
  6. Click Transfer

Has the person already left?

If the person has already left the company, then please contact Computer Services by phone, email or Online Request Form and we will transfer the surveys.
