How to Submit a SurveyMonkey Support Ticket

Royal Roads Enterprise SurveyMonkey platform comes with priority 24/7 support.  If you are experiencing technical issues, please follow the steps below to submit a support ticket to SurveyMonkey.  If you require assistance with setting up your SurveyMonkey account, please contact the Royal Roads Help Desk.

Steps to Submitting a Support Ticket to SurveyMonkey:

  1. Login to your RRU SurveyMonkey: http://surveymonkey.com/user/sso/rru
  2. In the top-right of your screen, click on your username and select My Account from the drop-down list:
  3. In the right column of the page, you should see a block titled "NEED HELP?"  Click on 24/7 email customer support
  4. Fill out the details of your issue and click the Send message button

Time from ticket submission to response from a SurveyMonkey rep. is about 1 hour.

To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
