Login to your RRU SurveyMonkey: http://surveymonkey.com/user/sso/rru
In the top-right of your screen, click on your username and select My Account from the drop-down list:
In the right column of the page, you should see a block titled "NEED HELP?" Click on 24/7 email customer support
Fill out the details of your issue and click the Send message button
