How to Share Surveys

It is highly recommended that as soon as you have created your survey, that you share it with someone on your team or your entire SurveyMonkey workgroup.  If you don't share your survey and are away from the university, the only way to get that survey shared is to have IT reassign your user account and transfer the survey to someone else.  This will require you to setup your account again when you are back.

Follow these steps to share a survey:

  1. Login to SurveyMonkey through SSO (https://www.surveymonkey.com/user/sso/rru)
  2. Click on "My Surveys" in the top menu
  3. Find the survey you wish to share, click on the share icon (second from the right)
  4. Start to type the name of the user or workgroup you wish to share your survey with
  5. Click on the user or workgroup you wish to share with and click on 'CONTINUE'
  6. Click 'SHARE SURVEY'

The survey has now been shared with the user or workgroup.
