Creating a SurveyMonkey Account - Staff and Faculty

Have you requested a license?

You must first "request a license" before you proceed with the procedure to create an account below

The first time you want to use SurveyMonkey you must create an account linked to RoyalRoads university.  In order to create this account properly you must go directly to http://surveymonkey.com/user/sso/rru/ on a laptop or computer (not a mobile device).

  • You will first be prompted to login with your single sign on service username and password (similar to Lyndia.com and HRSmart - Ie. Your RRU computer account username and password)
  • Depending on the option you selected, you might receive a summary screen of your logon.  Click Accept to continue to SurveyMonkey.
  • If you already have a SurveyMonkey account, read the page over, otherwise select the Create and account tab to create a new account.
  • Please read the summary page which confirms your username.
  • Select the checkbox to confirm you read the info and click on Create an account

That's it.  You will be automatically logged in and a "Welcome to your team!" email is sent to your RRU account with your account details.

Any subsequent visit to the RRU SurveyMonkey site will just require you to log in once with your RRU Computer/Academic Account credentials.
