Log in to SurveyMonkey - Staff and Faculty
SurveyMonkey has been integrated with our single sign on service similar to some of our other cloud based services like HR Smart and Lynda.royalroads.ca (ie. You use your Computer/Academic Account to log in), however you must still request a license to access SurveyMonkey through Computer Services helpdesk.
The RRU SurveyMonkey website is http://surveymonkey.com/user/sso/rru/.Â
You must use SurveyMonkey through RRU SurveyMonkey link
You will not be able to login to the Royal Roads SurveyMonkey account from the standard SurveyMonkey login page. In order to have access to the RRU SurveyMonkey account and license you MUST login through http://surveymonkey.com/user/sso/rru/.
How to reset your passphrase?
Your SurveyMonkey account is linked directly to your Computer/Academic Account. You can reset your passphrase on our website, but please note that you are changing your passphrase for all RRU resources that use your Computer/Academic Account to log in, including Moodle, webmail, and logging into your RRU computer.
