Audit Bookings - Unable to change Time zone

Problem

I would like to change the time zone in my Calendar, but I am unable to change it because the options are greyed out

Solution

On the "update time zone" page, remove the check mark beside "Always follow web settings".  Once the check mark is removed, the other options should be come available.
