Accessing Microsoft Teams

For Instructors: MS Teams is not supported for teaching and learning at RRU. You can contact your CTET liaison to explore existing tools that can support online learning in groups.
For students: MS Teams is not supported for teaching and learning at RRU. Please contact your instructor to explore existing tools that can support online learning in groups.
Microsoft Teams can be accessed Online or downloaded directly to any computer. Please note that Microsoft Teams is already installed on Remote (Terminal server) but cannot be used for Video Conferences or meetings (Camera and mic not accessible).
Online (Web Browser Based)
You can access it through the Microsoft app launcher on the Microsoft online login page. Please remember that to log into Microsoft Teams, you must always use your Microsoft Office 365 username (username@royalroads.ca) and regular RRU password.
Click on the Microsoft Teams tile to open the online appÂ
Download
You can easily download the Microsoft Teams software directly from link below:
Go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/download-app.
Select Download the new Teams app under Teams for work or school.
Please remember that to log into Microsoft Teams, you must always use your Microsoft Office 365 username (username@royalroads.ca) and regular RRU password.
