Security and Privacy

Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and OneDrive, stores all data on Canadian Instances (servers).  This allows RRU to use these services and still abide by the BC Privacy and FIPPA standards.  

The following is a list of all Microsoft services and where their data is hosted. If the location is in the United States, please do not use this service to share ANY student related data or information:

If you notice that someone has access to your team that you feel should be be a member, please contact Computer Services and we will review the settings to make sure the team is private.
