Survey Transfer Is Still Not Complete After xDays
If you have requested a survey transfer and the transfer is still pending after x number of days or hours, the issue could be related to a reported issue with SurveyMonkey's survey transfer service.
From SurveyMonkey (Ref Ticket RRHD-76056):
“This is a known issue that our developer team is aware of, and a bug ticket has been filed for this unexpected behavior. I have notified them of your account being affected by this issue. Unfortunately, I don't have an estimated date/time for a resolution at the moment, but I am tracking the bug ticket, and I will let you know when I receive any updates."
To resolve this issue please contact SurveyMonkey directly by ticket or phone at https://help.surveymonkey.com/
Previous Solution from SurveyMonkey:
"As a workaround, I have unlocked the survey, and now it it appears in an active state in [customer's name]Â account . The survey is accessible and editable by [Customer], as I've confirmed when impersonating her account."
