RRU has secured a site license for all Royal Roads employees and active associate faculty to use the Lynda.com online training library.

  • The site is available to all RRU employees and Faculty with active contracts 24/7 for non-work related training done outside of work hours.
  • Account access is manage by Human Resources
  • Please note that it can take a few days for a new employee to be added to the HRSmart system

  • Access to training site during working hours requires prior approval from your manager or supervisor .

Once you have approval, follow these steps to access the Lynda online training resources.
