CMMS Log in

Log in to CMMS site

Go to https://ourpeople.royalroads.ca/ and select Maintenance, production, and grounds/gardens requests (CMMS) under Campus Operations

  1. Click on Azure AD
  2. If prompted to select an account, please make sure you select your RRU office 365 username (username@royalroads.ca), otherwise select User Another Account or enter your username on the "Sign-in" screen as username@royalroads.ca and click Next
  3. In some cases, you will go directly into the account, otherwise simply enter you RRU password and click Sign In
  4. If this is the first time you logged in, you will be asked if you want to Stay Signed In? Choose the option you want.
  5. You should now be logged in.


You can log in directly through any web browser and do not need to be on RRU's network to access (ie. On campus or via Sentinel)
