Microsoft Teams - Remote Support
Instructions for allowing IT-Services to connect to your computer remotely.
Step-by-step guide
- Launch the Microsoft Teams desktop client.
- In the Chat tab, select the New Chat icon.
- Enter the name of the IT-Services person you will be connecting with.
- In the top right of the chat window, select "Share Screen".
- Choose Desktop - Screen #1 as the window to share.
- The IT-Services person will choose Request Control.
- You select Allow or Deny.
