Logging In to MyAdmin
This article will help you log in to your MyAdmin account. If you are trying to log in to Moodle please click here.
What is MyAdmin?
MyAdmin is a website used for student information. It is used for things like applying for courses, ordering transcripts and getting tax forms.
MyAdmin is separate from Moodle. Your MyAdmin account will always exist, even after you are finished being a student at Royal Roads. You can log into MyAdmin using your Academic Account if you have one or with the username (personal email address) and password.
Step-by-step guide
Go to myadmin.royalroads.ca
There are two ways to log in:
If you are a current student, you can log in with your RRU Login (short form, ie d1brown) and password (same as Moodle)
The recommended way is to log in with your personal email address. Type in your email address and password and click Login (or type in your Academic Account username & password)
What if I can't log in?
Enter your personal email address and click on the Forgot Password link. An email with a link to your security questions will be sent to that same personal email address.
If you applied through an agent they may have made an account for you. Please contact that agent to get the information.
If you continue to have difficulties, please contact us through https://www.royalroads.ca/contact/computer_services. Make sure you include your student number and explain the problem you are having with your MyAdmin account.
