What is MyAdmin?
MyAdmin is a website used for student information. It is used for things like applying for courses, ordering transcripts and getting tax forms.
MyAdmin is separate from Moodle. Your MyAdmin account will always exist, even after you are finished being a student at Royal Roads. You can log into MyAdmin using your Academic Account if you have one or with the username (personal email address) and password.
Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here) New! If you do not have a full RRU email address (students not currently in a credit program and/or visitors), you can create a portal account using your personal email address.
