Staff and Faculty can find a copy of their T4 tax form for the current and previous years by visiting the Human Resources website, logging in and choosing the Pay Statements option in the list of services.

Associate faculty, contractors and volunteers cannot access their T4 online, but must wait for it in the mail.

Troubleshooting

Unable to open PDF in Browser

Try a different browser. Sometimes Edge does not work, but Chrome will, or vice-versa.

Unable to open PDF document in Chrome.

Do you get the following error in Chrome when trying to open your T4 PDF?

Please do the following.

• Go back to the list of Tax forms in Avanti

• In Chrome click on the three vertical dots, top right of the Chrome window and choose Settings

• One the left menu, click on Privacy and Security

• In the center click on Site Settings

• Now scroll down until you see the Additional content settings section (you might need to click to expand the list)

• Click on PDF documents

• Change the setting from Download PDFs to Open PDFs in Chrome

• Now return to Avanti and you should be able to open your T4
