How can I get my Transcripts
Credit Students
Credit students can request an Official transcript or get an unofficial transcript on the MyAdmin site.
An official transcript can be requested through the MyCreds site using the MyTranscripts tab. There is a fee for this service.
An unofficial transcript can be achieved by clicking on the MyGrades tab and taking a screen shot or printing that page.
Please note that final grades must be approved and can take a couple of weeks after the course is completed. Should any grades be missing, reach out to your program associate.
PCS Students
As of June 21st, 2024, PCS Students can access their unofficial transcripts by logging into their PCS Student Portal.
On their Enrollment History under the Completed Tab, there is a button to print a transcript – it will open up into a PDF which students can save for their records. Alternatively, students can print attendance reports, a statement of grade, or statement of completion under the Actions and Status Column.
Just to note that final grades are approved within 10 days of course completion. Should any grades be missing, I suggest to reach out to their program coordinator, or shoot an email to Professional and Continuing Studies.
