About MyAdmin

MyAdmin provides access to on-demand administrative services for applicants, students and alumni. We are continually adding new services, so visit often. You will need your MyAdmin account username and password to access these services.

If you applied for a program online after March 2011, your account was created automatically during the application process. You would have used an ‘e-mail address’ as your username and would have been asked to set up security questions and a password. You’ll need this information to log on to access any of the services listed here, or you can log in using your Academic Account credentials if you have one:

As an applicant

  • Check your application status
  • Make a payment online
  • Apply for Awards & Scholarships
  • Update your contact information e.g. mailing address, e-mail address, phone number

As a student

  • Make a payment online, view your account balance, statement of account, and receipts
  • Download your T2202A

  • Apply for Awards & Scholarships
  • Apply for a parking permit
  • Apply for a thesis/project extension
  • View your statement of grades
  • Submit an application to attend convocation
  • Update your contact information

As an alumni

  • Download your T2202A
  • Request an official transcript
  • Update your contact information

Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
New! If you do not have a full RRU email address (students not currently in a credit program and/or visitors), you can create a portal account using your personal email address.
