Manage your Passwords
Students have two online accounts with Royal Roads.
- MyAdmin account - your long term persistent account (uses your personal email address to log in)
- Forgotten your MyAdmin account password? Learn how to retrieve it.
- Want to change your MyAdmin Account password? Â
- Log into MyAdmin and you can change it on the "Change Password" tab of the MyProfile section.
- RRU Login - the account you use to access all of your course activities (Moodle, Webmail, and RRU computers on campus)
- Forgotten your RRU Login password? Reset it here.
- Want to change your RRU Login password? Change it here.

Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
New! If you do not have a full RRU email address (students not currently in a credit program and/or visitors), you can create a portal account using your personal email address.
