Students have two online accounts with Royal Roads.

MyAdmin account - your long term persistent account (uses your personal email address to log in)

Forgotten your MyAdmin account password? Learn how to retrieve it.
Want to change your MyAdmin Account password?
Log into MyAdmin and you can change it on the "Change Password" tab of the MyProfile section.

Academic account - the one you use to access all of your course activities (Moodle, Webmail, and RRU computers on campus)

To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
