Disable the Warning for Mixed Content

When visiting some RRU websites with Internet Explorer, you may get a warning that there is mixed content.  This pop-up can display every time the page re-loads or refreshes.  This warning can be disabled easily.

The error reads "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?"


To disable this message:

  1. In Internet Explorer, click on the  and then select Internet Options
  2. Select the Security tab
  3. Select the Internet zone icon
  4. Click the Custom Level... button
  5. Scroll down about half way to the Miscellaneous section, and look for Display Mixed Content
  6. Choose the Enable option for this setting.
  7. Click OK and OK to save and close the Internet Options window.

You should now be able to visit the site without the warnings.
