To enable cookies, please follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

For Mozilla Firefox:

Click on the "hamburger" menu icon (three horizontal bars top right) and select Settings
Select the Privacy & Security tab and make sure there is a check mark beside Cookies

For Google Chrome:

At the top right click Menu (three vertical dots) --> Settings
Select Privacy and security
Click Cookies and site data
Either the option allow all cookies or Block third party cookies in Incognito should be selected. Any other option could cause issues

For Microsoft Edge

At the top right, click Menu (3 horizontal dots) --> Settings
Select Privacy, search, and services
Tracking prevention should be either Basic or Balanced
