Enable Cookies

Most browsers have cookies enabled automatically, so unless you specifically turned off Cookies, you should not need to enable cookies.

To enable cookies, please follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using. 

For Mozilla Firefox:

• Click on the "hamburger" menu icon (three horizontal bars top right) and select Settings

• Select the Privacy & Security tab and make sure there is a check mark beside Cookies

For Google Chrome:

• At the top right click Menu (three vertical dots) --> Settings

• Select Privacy and security

• Click Cookies and site data

• Either the option allow all cookies or Block third party cookies in Incognito should be selected.  Any other option could cause issues

For Microsoft Edge

• At the top right, click Menu (3 horizontal dots) --> Settings

• Select Privacy, search, and services

• Tracking prevention should be either Basic or Balanced
