The information shown here comes from the resource management system. Some information isn’t editable because individuals don’t have the ability to change things like their position, their hiring manager, etc. but you can change your personal contact information.
Except these fields because they are tied to your identity record. We are working on automating updates to these fields but until that’s done, use the interim process indicated below:

name | Give them a little information like: “My name is spelled incorrectly in the system. It should be Cec - i - lia not Cec - e - lia. Can you help me get that changed?” or “I need to update my legal name with RRU. Please let me know what you require to change it.” |
