Intermittent Network Issues on Campus

The network issues have been diagnosed and solved by the IT-Services Infrastructure team!
Some newly installed monitoring equipment was flooding the network and causing the issues.
Today, February 14th, 2024, we are currently experiencing intermittent network issues on the RRU campus which have caused problems such as:
VOIP phone call problems
Virtual meeting disconnections
Network folder access issues
We are investigating.
