Update July 26 - 10:30am - The phones are up and running again. We appreciate your patience as we worked with our provider to resolve the situation. The unacceptable delays will be addressed with the service provider.

Update July 26 - 9am - We just heard a tech has been dispatched for today, between 10:30am and 2:45pm.

Update July 25 - 5:06 PM - No update from Telus service yet, we've reached out to our account rep and she's seeing what she can do to help

Update July 25 - 2:15 PM - The issue has been escalated with our Telus representative, who is escalating internally. We are still awaiting contact from a service contact at Telus - the issue lies in the voice circuit between campus and the Telus central office by Kelly Road.

Update July 25 - 12:45pm - We have connected with TELUS but still waiting for them to provide an eta.

Update July 25 - 12pm - Telus should have been here by now, We are following up with Telus to get an eta. This is a high priority issue and being treated as such.

Update July 25 - 10:10am - We have confirmed the issue is external to RRU. We have reached out to Telus for assistance.

July 25 - 8am - We received a report that people are unable to make external calls and calls to RRU are just ringing with no answer. We are investigating.
