Chef: Log in

Notes:

You must be in the RRU domain to access Chef. That means, you must be on an RRU computer on campus, on an RRU computer anywhere using Direct Access, or via remote desktop on any computer, anywhere.

You must be a non-student, have an active RRU Login, and an identity record to log into Chef.

If you are using your RRU Login (long form, like bsmith@royalroads.ca) & usual password but cannot log in, please contact IT so they can ensure you have an identity record.

Go to: https://chef.royalroads.ca

Enter your RRU Login
(longform, like bsmith@royalroads.ca; the format is shown when you click in to the Username field)

Enter your usual password and hit Submit.

You’re in.

In the upper right corner, you’ll see your name and above that, the system functions that are available to you based on the role you have in Chef.

Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
