Chef: Log in

Note: you must have an active computer account and an identity record to log into Chef.
If you cannot log in, ensure you’re using your RRU Login (long form, like bsmith@royalroads.ca) & usual password. If you are, please contact IT so they can ensure you have an identity record.

Go to: https://chef.royalroads.ca

Enter your RRU Login.
(the format is shown when you click in to the Username field)

Enter your usual password and hit Submit.

You’re in.

In the upper right corner, you’ll see your name and above that, the system functions that are available to you based on the role you have in Chef.

Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
New! If you do not have a full RRU email address (students not currently in a credit program and/or visitors), you can create a portal account using your personal email address.
