Scheduled Maintenance
Regularly scheduled maintenance can occur each Tuesday and Thursday morning between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (4:00 am to 6:45 am for Moodle).
We reserve these two weekly time slots for any maintenance that might be required.
Why, you ask?
Installation of vendor supplied software upgrades/patches.
Installation and configuration of customer requested software.
Hardware and software testing.
Replacement of failed hardware components.
Proactive diagnostics.
Hardware upgrades.
Network infrastructure maintenance.
Many of these efforts are made to increase the quality of the services we offer, and others are to decrease the number of non-scheduled interruptions.
