Whether you are just beginning your journey at RRU or you are nearing the end, all of us can feel overwhelmed at times and think “I cannot do this” or “I think I will explode!”

The largest percentage of our students are “returning” to their studies after years, and sometime, decades.

So you are not alone. It can be overwhelming at times and you can feel frustrated.

The main goal of IT services department, like all departments are RRU, is to help you succeed.

Although we do not have enough staff to provide real one-on-one training on all applications, we can certainly help with the technical issues you are having or help you find the resources you need.
