From an IT department perspective, all correspondence will be directed to the email address you used to create and sign into your application, also known as the MyAdmin account
Always keep an eye on your Junk/spam folder as sometimes emails can go into that folder. We recommend adding "royalroads.ca" to your safe sender list.

To submit a ticket, you will be required to log in using your FULL Royal Roads email address (detailed instructions here)
