RRU student mailboxes will be moved to the cloud between <dates will be confirmed asap>.
After your mailbox has been migrated:
If you access your RRU Email on mobile device or personal computer, you will be required to remove and re-add the RRU email account
If you use Webmail you will need to log using the new URL. Here’s more information about accessing the web app.
You can manage your forwarding preference using the web interface <link will be provided once dates are confirmed>.
If you have trouble after your mailbox has been moved, close all browsers and desktop apps, reboot your computer, and if applicable, refer to the instructions below the table for how to update accounts on your phone etc.
