Cached Exchange Mode is a feature built into Outlook that can make working with large mailboxes easier, but may cause delays in email being sent/received or prevent shared calendars from synchronizing.

You will need to turn off Cached Exchange Mode for every inbox added to your Outlook profile.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Right Click the inbox name and select Data File Properties
  2. Click Advanced
  3. Now select the Advanced tab
  4. Make sure Cached Exchange Mode is unchecked
