Rooms 603-614, 621-629, and 631-641 are available in EMS for staff to book as needed.

Each workstation to be used once, then closed for the rest of the day.
Rooms 603 and 629 are the closest rooms to the left when coming off the elevator. Rooms 631 to 641 are to the right.

Using the docks :
Set Monitor -
- Right Click the Desktop.
- Select "Display Settings".
- For Multiple Displays : change to "Extend these displays"
- Scroll up and select "Identify" to see which monitor is which.
- Grab monitor icon and move to proper side.
- Select your main monitor.
- Scroll down and select "Make this my main display".
- Close.
Set Audio -
- Left click the speaker icon in your system tray (bottom right).
- Click on the name of the audio device. ex."LEN T22i-10 (Intel Display Audio)"
- Select "Speakers (Realtek Audio)" to use the laptops speakers or headphone jacks.
