If a survey creator shares their survey with someone, and notification email is sent to that person with a link to the survey. If they are not logged in to SurveyMonkey, they get a Stale Request error with SSO. Impact: Poor user experience. This is confusing for the user as the cause of the issue is not obvious. Unable to log out of SurveyMonkey Impact: When a person "logs out" of SurveyMonkey it does not actually log them out. So if someone else happens to log in, going back to their account can be problematic. Solution: Close the browser completely and wait a few seconds.
