Cached Exchange Mode is a feature built into Outlook that can make working with large mailboxes easier, but may cause delays in email being sent/received or prevent shared calendars from synchronizing.

You will need to turn off Cached Exchange Mode for every inbox added to your Outlook profile.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Right Click the inbox name.
  2. Select "Data File Properties".
  3. Click "Advanced".
  4. Select the "Advanced" tab.
  5. Uncheck "Cached Exchange Mode".
